IBL-Löttechnik announces that it has appointed Olaf Cieply as Global Sales Manager

Olaf Cieply has a very international background. He brings with him a vast experience coming from the electronics industry. After studies in Poland and England he began his working career first in the UK with developing Dongles before moving to Germany.

In Germany he first worked for Nokia Display Technics and later for almost 20 years at Sony holding several positions. He successfully set up service department for various industrial products starting with positioning systems through data recorders and other testing equipment. From the position of Senior Service Manager he then moved on to the sales.

In the sales he was appointed as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager for solder paste printers, pick and place machines and AOI’s. His next station was at Nordson Dage, where he was a Sales Manager of X-ray machines in the DACH area.

„The IBL’s Vapor Phase Soldering technology is increasingly recognised by the market as problem solver and I am looking forward with excitement to grow the market share worldwide together with the creative team of IBL“, says Olaf Cieply.

For IBL, the experienced sales manager is a great addition. “His contacts, and know-how in the industry will help us to move forward”, says the IBL Managing director, Helmut Leicht.

Now the IBL team is looking forward to the next Show Productronica in Munich. The company is presenting in Hall A4 Booth 2016 and in live-production-line from Fraunhofer IZM in Hall B2 Booth 480.
