Modular and customizable for medium to large series
Thanks to its multi-carrier system, the CCS100 VAC meets the requirements of medium- to large-scale production runs. A range of options is available to customers to customize the soldering system to their specific needs.
Advantages of the modular design:
- low maintenance effort
- high system availability
Vacuum soldering with precision and process reliability
Thanks to their unique system architecture, the CCS100 VAC machines are particularly well-suited for vacuum brazing of complex components, such as BGAs, where quality and precision are critical. The patented technology of these machines ensures outstanding results in terms of performance and quality. The system can handle:
- most complex assembly structures
- regardless of the number of layers in the circuit board
- even with a high component mix
The machine concept is therefore particularly suitable for automated vacuum soldering in series production.
Cost-optimized vacuum soldering with significant advantages
Compared to other vacuum reflow ovens, the VAC series is impressive:
- exceptionally low energy consumption
- lower operating costs
- excellent heat transfer in an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere, without the use of expensive nitrogen.
- two-chamber system with large touch display enables
- intuitive and user-friendly inline vacuum soldering
This ensures efficient vacuum soldering at the highest level.
Modern control and complete data integration
The system control allows Precise, repeatable soldering processes. Process values and steps can be viewed at any time.
Data management takes place via a integrated industrial PCvisualized via a 21.5″ HMI.
This technology enables:
- simple integration into existing networks
- comprehensive traceability functions
- seamless process data acquisition
Vapour Energy Control (VEC) - patented process innovation
Furthermore, the newly developed, patented Vapour Energy Control (VEC) has set a new benchmark in the field of process technologies for vapour phase soldering systems.
The advantages:
- extremely responsive control of automated inline soldering
- full flexibility in profile design
- reproducible soldering without moving the assembly in the steam
Workpiece carrier for cycle time-optimized inline soldering
The CCS100 VAC is designed for cycle-time-optimized inline production. Individual assemblies and workpiece carrier systems containing multiple assemblies can be soldered within the system. A multi-carrier system with a variable track configuration for the workpiece carriers can be integrated. The workpiece carriers are customized to the specific assemblies to be soldered. Additionally, a workpiece carrier return system and automatic width adjustment of the conveyor belts enable operations with minimal effort.
